How the process works

The process begins for ELTG when we receive the title order request. We then order and receive a title abstract, prepare the title commitment and research the title for open liens, judgments, bankruptcies, etc. When all is prepared, we schedule the settlement and turn around the loan-closing package after verifying its accuracy. We then disburse your funds, submit the recordings to the appropriate county and prepare the owner’s and/or lender’s policies.
